Cheese Shavings
Cheese shavings
are ribbons of cheese that are visually pleasing with a 'home made' appearance
as well as offering a 'generous quantity' of cover.

Deli slices have a
natural, irregular irregular shape - hand sliced from the block apperance to
compliment shaved ham for sandwiches and rolls, or for use as a topping for

unusual melting characteristics.
